I read about RSS and news feeds. With assistance from my very helpful head librarian I set up an RSS account of my own and added 3 news feeds and a library-related blog to my account. Whew! 3 Things down....20 to go!

Thing 2

I watched What is Library 2.0. It was an interesting video and introduced me to some of the challenges libraries face in this new technological age. I'm interested in learning and hope that these lessons will apply to the daily functions of the library.

My avatar has been added. Check!
And I learned that I can change my look and background to suit my mood.
This part was fun. I guess it's time to move on. (And colored text is an option!)

I have now tried twice to register my blog. I think I may have failed at both attempts because I don't find it on the "23 things" website. I did successfully create an avatar. But what good is all my hard work when no one else knows? Woe is me.
